Inspection
(1) Please read carefully before installation, and test each fire extinguishing device and its accessories one by one according to the following detection methods, and can be used after confirming that it is correct.
(2) Fire extinguishing device detection method
Appearance inspection: Check the integrity of the appearance, there should be no obvious paint, indentation, deformation, etc., accessories should be complete.
The product has passed strict factory testing, but due to various reasons in the transportation process may cause damage to the device and its accessories, each device should be tested in accordance with the above method during installation and use.
Installation and maintenance
(1) Take out the fixed support of the fire extinguishing device and fix it, and there shall be no obstacles between the fire extinguishing device and the protective object. If necessary, auxiliary support can be installed, and the auxiliary support should be able to bear not less than 5 times the weight of the fire extinguishing device to ensure that the fire extinguishing device is firmly fixed.
(2) When installing the device, it is necessary to avoid the high temperature area above 95°C. Within 0.1 meters in diameter around the fire extinguishing device, there should be no obstacles affecting the free spraying of hot air sol.
(3) The heat-sensitive wire should be laid around the hidden parts, and it is prohibited to attach directly to the high-temperature pipeline to prevent false start.
(4) After the device is released, the shell is high temperature, do not touch it, and then bury it after cooling by natural or other means.
(5) The fire extinguishing device does not need to regularly check the quality of the agent during the effective period of use. The shell of the fire extinguishing device should be regularly removed according to the environmental conditions of dust and dirt, and replaced in time if deformation or damage is found; Regularly check the connection break, short circuit and ignition device resistance value is normal and record.
(6) The related losses caused by abnormal installation, maintenance and use are not within the scope of the quality assurance of the enterprise.
